Home Softwash

Excellent company

Had a great experience with Royal Wash. Elmer came out and cleaned all the stucco on the exterior of our house, plus the driveway and all the windows. The difference is night and day, the stucco looks fresh and bright again and the driveway is spotless. He was on time, professional, and clearly took pride in his work, paying attention to the details without needing to be asked. Fair pricing for the amount of work done. I'll definitely be calling them again and would recommend Elmer to anyone in the Houston area.

Elmer did a great job soft washing our stucco house and cleaning our windows. He was very professional and the results were amazing. Thank you, Elmer

Elmer gave us a detailed explanation of the exterior cleaning services they provide. Once we decided what we needed cleaned, he explained the chemicals being used and the process to complete each task. During the cleaning, Elmer was thorough, cautious of his surroundings, and maintained a professional relationship. The cleaning results exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Elmer for any and all exterior cleaning.

Elmer from Royal Wash delivered a professional service, fulfilling everything he promised. He was on time and did for me a full house package that included soft washing the house, pressure washing the driveway, soft washing the patio, and cleaning each window, which now sparkle. Elmer and his team did great job . I really appreciate for your service and keep it up …

Elmer and his team arrived at our home at 9:30 and worked diligently until after 6:00. My long driveway was practically black and now it looks like new. They cleaned all our windows (now they sparkle). They moved all our outdoor furniture to clean the slate floor underneath and even cleaned all the cushions. We have a lot of stucco on our house and they were able to clean stains that have been there for years. I highly recommend them.
